How Time Flies

November 30, 2012

They say time flies when you’re having fun.

But time flies even when you’re not.

Time flies. Oh, how time flies.

It’s already been two weeks since my last blog post.

It’s already been a over a month since I’m out of work.

It’s already been two years since my divorce was final.

Somehow it’s been five years of struggle and pain, and I’m still here.

A day at a time. A breath at a time. A positive, affirming thought at a time. Slow as each may seem to drag when you’re in it, looking back, how time flies.

Halftime is over. It’s back to business on the field.

For better or worse, time will be flying.

Here’s to the best…the very best. Slow moving and savored moments of life, joy, laughter and love…amid the hustle and bustle…of the Christmas season…of the new year…of every day to follow…

Wishing you the best of today, tomorrow, the holiday season and always. Enjoy. Really enjoy. Slow down, breath, pray, play…. and enjoy.

My blog is a satire for all with stories, adventures, and opinions based on facts with minimal evidence and maximum wit. In short, a chronicle of my life. I hope you enjoy perusing my random banter, hilarious adventures, short stories with imaginative characters and hidden meanings, my unique wit, interests in pop culture and oddball opinions.
